In accordance with the GDPR and the requirements of the App Store and the Google Play Store, you can delete your Mindlet account and the associated data at any time.
How to delete your account
Recommended
From the application
Your request takes effect at once: you are signed out of all your devices, a subscription taken out on the web is cancelled without renewal, your profile and public content are removed, and emails and notifications stop. An email confirms the erasure date. For 30 days, you can cancel by signing in again; after that, erasure is permanent. The application is in French: labels are quoted as they appear, with a translation.
1Open Mindlet (web, iOS or Android) and sign in.
2Go to Réglages (Settings) and, in the Compte (Account) group, open the row with your name: the Compte & sécurité (Account & security) page opens.
3Scroll down to the Zone de danger (Danger zone) card.
4Tap Supprimer mon compte (Delete my account).
5Type the word SUPPRIMER (DELETE) in capital letters, then tap Supprimer définitivement (Delete permanently).
Social data: friends, follows, conversations and messages
Preferences: notifications, accessibility
Voice: audio recordings of your calls, cloned voices, including at Mistral AI
At our providers: search index, customer record at Stripe, audience measurement data and replays at PostHog
Kept
Duplicated public collections: copies that other people have made of your public collections remain available to those people.
Billing data: kept for 10 years in accordance with French accounting and tax obligations (French Commercial Code, art. L123-22).
Data dissociated from your account: technical logs (AI usage, review scheduling), éclats consumption in a team space, card reports and store transaction identifiers remain, without any link to your account; email delivery logs remain at our email delivery provider for the period it applies.
Retention periods are detailed in our privacy policy.
Active subscriptions
Important: deleting your Mindlet account does not automatically cancel a subscription taken out through the App Store or the Google Play Store. To avoid any further billing, cancel it before deleting your account:
iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play Store → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions
Complaint
In accordance with article 77 of the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) if you consider that the processing of your data does not comply.
To learn more about how your data is processed, see our privacy policy.
