Frequently asked questions
How do I contact Mindlet support?
Write to support@mindlet.app, ideally from the email address of your account, saying which device you use and which screen is involved. There is no contact form: one address per topic, so your message goes straight to the right person. Note that the Mindlet app interface is in French.
How do I delete my Mindlet account?
In the app, open Réglages → Compte et sécurité (Settings → Account and security), scroll down to « Zone de danger » (Danger zone) and tap « Supprimer mon compte » (Delete my account). If you no longer have access to your account, write to support@mindlet.app from the address linked to it. Everything is detailed on the account deletion page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On the web, open Réglages → Abonnement (Settings → Subscription) and use the « Résilier votre contrat » (Cancel your contract) button. A subscription taken out on iPhone or Android is cancelled in your Apple or Google account settings: Mindlet can't do it for you. Details are in our terms.
How do I report inappropriate content?
Content that puts a minor at risk is reported to safety@mindlet.app: you get a response within 24 to 48 hours, on working days. Any other unlawful content is reported to support@mindlet.app. In case of immediate danger, contact the authorities; in France, the Pharos platform also takes reports.
Can a school try Mindlet?
Yes, through the pilot program, which is free and comes with no obligation to buy. Write to contact@mindlet.app introducing your school and the group involved. We equip teachers and learners, train the team on site and hand over a final report. Details on the pilot program page.
