The Mindlet app is in French. This guide quotes each button as it appears on screen, in French, with its English meaning in brackets. Your own courses and cards can be in English or eight other languages.
A school, a teaching team or a training body gets its own space in Mindlet. You create it by subscribing to the Cosmos plan, on the web only: the iPhone and Android app can’t do it.
Cosmos works with a monthly base subscription that includes two creator seats. Only people who create content take a seat: learners and observers are unlimited and free. Extra seats get cheaper as the team grows. Amounts are on the pricing page.
Create the space
- In a browser, open app.mindlet.app and sign in.
- Open Moi (Me), then Réglages (Settings), then « Mes espaces » (My spaces), and tap « Créer une organisation » (Create an organisation).
- « Organisation » step: enter the « Nom de l’organisation » (Organisation name). The space’s address is derived from it; you can change it under « Adresse de l’espace » (Space address).
- « Sièges et paiement » (Seats and payment) step: choose the number of creator seats, then pay.
- Your space is ready: invite your team and your learners.
Invite and organise
The space opens on tabs: Aperçu (Overview), Collections, Suivi (Tracking), Membres (Members), Classes, Soutien (Support) and Réglages (Settings).
- Members: « Inviter par email » (Invite by email). Each person gets a personal link to join the space; you choose their « Rôle attribué » (Assigned role).
- Classes: « Créer une classe » (Create a class) groups your learners.
- Assignments: « Donner un devoir » (Set an assignment) picks a collection to review, who it’s for and a due date.
- Tracking: the topics your learners struggle with.
- Live room: from the Overview, « Animer une salle en direct » (Host a live room) starts a group quiz that learners join with a code.
The roles are Propriétaire (Owner), Administrateur (Administrator), Formateur (Trainer), Apprenant (Learner) and Observateur (Observer). You can only assign a role below your own. A learner only sees the space’s Overview.
Good to know
- For 50 creator seats or more, the plan is quoted on request: write to us from the Contact page.
- Reviewing stays free for everyone, learners included.
