The Mindlet app is in French. This guide quotes each button as it appears on screen, in French, with its English meaning in brackets. Your own courses and cards can be in English or eight other languages.
The assistant is called Mindlet. It knows your collections: it explains a topic another way, quizzes you, creates and edits cards, suggests a dated review plan and can search the web, citing its sources. You’ll find it in the Agent IA (AI agent) space.
Ask a question
- Open Agent IA.
- Type your question in the « Pose ta question… » (Ask your question…) field, then send it.
- To show it a photo of an exercise, a diagram or a screenshot, use « Joindre un fichier » (Attach a file).
- To dictate instead of typing, tap the microphone, « Dicter un message » (Dictate a message).
- For a spoken conversation, leave the field empty and tap « Parler à Mindlet » (Talk to Mindlet): it answers out loud.
From a collection
A collection’s « … » menu offers « Demander à Mindlet » (Ask Mindlet). The assistant opens with a question about that collection already written; edit it if you need to, then send.
Voice
- Spoken conversation is in French only.
- By voice, Mindlet can also open a screen for you, such as a collection.
- The voice used for reading aloud is set in Réglages → Voix de l’assistant (Settings → Assistant voice). You can clone your own voice there with « Cloner ma voix » (Clone my voice). It’s optional, it asks for your explicit consent, and you can delete the cloned voice whenever you like.
- Call recording is off by default. It only turns on with your consent.
What Mindlet remembers
Mindlet can remember a useful fact about you, such as the date of your exam. In a conversation, the menu offers « Mémoire et activité » (Memory and activity): you see what it has remembered, and you can ask it to forget a fact.
Good to know
- Mindlet answers from your documents first. AI can make mistakes: check an important answer against your course.
