The Mindlet app is in French. This guide quotes each button as it appears on screen, in French, with its English meaning in brackets. Your own courses and cards can be in English or eight other languages.
Mindlet counts page views and actions in the app to learn what helps and what gets in the way. This measurement uses no cookies and no cross-site tracking, and you can turn it off. Everything is in Réglages → Confidentialité (Settings → Privacy).
Adjust your privacy
- Open Moi (Me), then Réglages (Settings), then « Confidentialité » (Privacy).
- « Mesure d’audience » (Analytics) is on by default. Turn it off and no usage data is sent at all.
- « Diagnostic détaillé » (Detailed diagnostics) is off by default. Only turn it on to help us understand a bug: it records your interactions in detail and a replay of your sessions. Input fields, the content of your cards and your messages stay hidden, and you can switch it off at any time.
- « Rendre mon profil public » (Make my profile public): when it’s off, only your friends see your full profile; others see just your name.
- « Rendre mes abonnés et abonnements publics » (Make my followers and following public): decides who sees those two lists.
Your data
- We don’t use your content to train artificial intelligence models. It’s written in our terms.
- No ads in the app, no data resale.
- To get a copy of your collections, cards and history, email support@mindlet.app.
- « Apparaître dans la recherche » (Appear in search) is always on: others can find you by username or email to invite you.
- The mindlet.app website, the one you are reading, sets no trackers.
