Manage your subscription and cancel it

Change plans, cancel a web subscription with « Résilier votre contrat », or cancel one bought through the App Store or Google Play.

Updated Lire ce guide en français

The Mindlet app is in French. This guide quotes each button as it appears on screen, in French, with its English meaning in brackets. Your own courses and cards can be in English or eight other languages.

Everything happens in Réglages → Abonnement (Settings → Subscription). How you cancel depends on where you subscribed: on the web, or in the iPhone or Android app.

Cancel a web subscription

  1. Open Moi (Me), then Réglages (Settings), then « Abonnement » (Subscription).
  2. In the « Préférences de facturation » (Billing preferences) section, tap « Résilier votre contrat » (Cancel your contract).
  3. Confirm the cancellation in the billing area that opens.

Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then your account moves back to the free plan. It is not renewed.

Cancel a subscription bought on iPhone or Android

A subscription bought in the app is managed by the store that bills it. In Réglages → Abonnement, « Gérer mon abonnement » (Manage my subscription) takes you there. You can also go through your phone:

  • iPhone or iPad: in the device’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  • Android: in Google Play, open Payments and subscriptions.

Change plans

In Réglages → Abonnement, tap « Changer de plan » (Change plan) and pick one of the plans offered. Every plan has the same features: only the generation capacity and the number of collections and cards change. Prices are on the pricing page; they are higher in the app stores than on the web, because of the stores’ commission.

Good to know

  • Reviewing never costs anything, on any plan, the free one included.
  • Already subscribed on another device? On iPhone or Android, « Restaurer mes achats » (Restore my purchases) brings your plan back.
  • For a web subscription, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless you waived it when paying. Details are in our terms.
