The Mindlet app is in French. This guide quotes each button as it appears on screen, in French, with its English meaning in brackets. Your own courses and cards can be in English or eight other languages.
The practice exam tests your collection the way the real day will: a paper in several parts, a timer, no corrections while you work. At the end you get a grade out of 20 (the French scale), a grade band, and a breakdown by part and by topic.
Prepare and sit the exam
- Open the collection, then the « S’évaluer » (Test yourself) tab, and tap « Examen blanc » (Practice exam).
- The « Ton épreuve » (Your exam) screen suggests settings that cover the whole collection. To change them, open « Changer les réglages » (Change settings): the type (multiple choice, written or mixed), the length (from « Court », short, to « Complet », full) and the scope.
- Tap « Préparer mon examen » (Prepare my exam). Mindlet builds the paper and generates any missing questions; they will then feed your reviews.
- Read the instructions, then start. The timer starts at that moment.
- Answer. There are no corrections and no going back during the exam.
- Read your results: the grade out of 20, the grade band, then the detail by part and by topic. Written answers get written feedback, from the AI.

After the exam
- « Revoir mes erreurs » (Review my mistakes) replays the questions you missed straight away.
- « Refaire ce sujet » (Retake this paper) lets you sit the same paper again. Retaking a paper that’s already prepared is free.
- Past exams are kept under « Mes examens » (My exams), in the « S’évaluer » tab.
- Your answers feed your review schedule: topics you missed come back sooner.
Good to know
- The timer allows 45 seconds per question.
- The practice exam needs a connection.
- Only people who can edit the collection can prepare an exam.
- If preparing it has a cost, it is shown next to the button before you start.
- The practice exam is for training: its grade has no official value.
